1. Middle/High School Assessment Due date June 6

Project Manager : IT Director : Brian Lockwood

Project Leader : Database Associate : Sergio Megia

Goal: FileMaker application that works closely with KEYSTONE v4.0 that will serve to be a teacher’s companion in the MYP evaluation process. The application will be a standalone FileMaker application file, distributed to each teacher, rather than a server based application that teachers log into. This standalone application will sync with KEYSTONE on an as needed basis. Sync will be initiated by the teacher. The sync process will pull new data from KEYSTONE and simultaneously push new teacher entered evaluation data to the central KEYSTONE server. Collation, analysis, and printing will be done by a central administrator in a server based FileMaker application.

2. Novachem import/export Due date June 17

Project Manager : IT Director : Brian Lockwood

Project Leader : HS Principal : Dennis Stanworth

Goal: Construct a FileMaker Pro application to perform the following tasks:

  • Export teacher, student, and (optionally) course information from KEYSTONE v4 in a format compatible for Novaschem import so that Novaschem and KEYSTONE are using the same keys.
  • Import a complete timetable export from Novaschem and create a master schedule (SECTIONS) and (optionally) student schedules (STUREG) in KEYSTONE v4.
