• Organize reports order so homeroom classes print don't mix with specials

2. Fine Tune MS/HS Assessment module

• Can you organize it so that SALT can have access to the teacher grades

  in the assessment modules. (All this should be viewable.)

• Tie it into reporting system and Transcript and GPA system

• Tie it into an enhanced comment editting system

3. Revision of existing elementary report process, including Teacher data entry interface and report output.

  • incorporate web view of daily bulletins

  • Contact log: setup auto email notifications for teachers as a preference

  • improve Grade entry button access to Assessment module for MS and HS classes

    Some filemaker issues:

    - happened once last week while entering data into a gr. 9 class was

    blocked with the message that another teacher was using it, while she was

    actually working on a gr. 6 class

    - can teachers remove an assessment item?

    - if a student joins your class after you've entered the assessment item,

    while they show up or would you have to create a separate item just for

    them?

     

• SSS Module

  • Mimic ksSTUDENTs so only current academic year records are shown, maybe by making a referral tab

  • filter out replies in TAM for Divisional level specialist

• Video notes to self about fixes needed

• seemless integration of Finalsite and Keystone

4. Make a quicker attendance taking App.

• make sure new reports translate into it
• make an email exception for student in grades 4 and under.
